For the RUN and RACE training groups are
- Team Q (QUICK) - for those who train at an 8 minute per mile pace or faster
- Team D (DETERMINED) - for those who train between an 8 and 10 minute per mile pace
- Team L (LEISURELY) - for those who train at a 10 minute per mile pace or slower
